2. License and Acceptable Use

• Submit URLs that lead to malicious, phishing, or illegal content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our software.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Services without our permission or bypassing our API limits.
• Connect Google Search Console accounts you do not have permission to manage.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription billed in advance on a recurring basis, depending on your plan. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including Polar. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment partners to charge applicable fees.

Fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our Refund Policy. You may cancel your subscription according to your account settings; cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless required by law or our Refund Policy.

4. APIs and Third-Party Services

Our Services interact with third-party platforms like Google Search Console. We do not guarantee continuous availability of these integrations, as they depend on the third party's API status and policies. We are not responsible for any rate limits, blocks, or penalties applied by search engines due to your usage.

5. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, or used the platform in a way that creates legal or reputational risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bulk Index Checker and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to loss of SEO rankings or search visibility.
